Great prices but staff had limited knowledge. You need to know your airline regulations as they were not 100% knowledgeable about airlines other than the regular lines.

The staff are pleasant but I'm not fully convinced about the quality / value of their products. The last overnight bag I bought here fell apart quickly. If you are at Gun Wharf you should also check out Samsonite which has really heavy duty and good quality luggage which is better and won't fall apart.
