Staff unhelpful and rude. I went to collect a parcel he said no deliveries today, I said OK but was told my parcel was available to collect yesterday. No deliveries today come back at 3pm. I said again its here, so he reluctantly went to look after taking my id which I wasn't happy about (trying to stick to no contact, covid etc) and came back with my parcel, also made me sign for it!! Won't get deliveries to here again.

Anti-consumer practices here. Will only let you pay with card if your total purchase is at least 5. Also a week ago they gave me a Scottish note, I tried to use that note to purchase from them again but they said they don't accept 'foreign' currency and that they never would've given me one when I called them out on it. (FYI, They also have an ATM but it requires you to pay money for it, if you need a withdrawal then there's a free ATM down the road opposite 'The Bridge' shopping center.)
