The receptionist was very friendly and immediately assisted me in what I needed. She referred me to a lovely lady by the name Jill Bird. Jill was very helpful. She contacted me with a solution and continued to update me, even offering me a better solution which was far less costly. I was then given a meeting with a solicitor named Marissa Purnell. Marissa was welcoming and got the job done with no problems. She was lovely to chat to and was more than helpful. These ladies are an asset to the company. Lovely bunch of workers at Biscoes, would highly recommend.

Seemed great in the beginning but instead ended up being the most expensive way I've wasted my time ever. Would literally have had the same outcome if we did nothing. Spent all our honeymoon money on this with an almost guarantee that we would get it all back but they majorly dropped the ball at the last minute, so thanks for that.

Just terrible! Used for conveyancing, the solicitor in question miscalculated the final cost and we then received an email a month after moving stating we owed an extra 400 and that he would not release the deeds until the sum was paid. Felt like we were being blackmailed for something which was his error.
