Great service ,with a very good car supplied. Was extremely impressed by the help from the Magnger who was helpfull, friendly, and very relaxed, which gaves us added ease for the start of our holiday.The car was dropped off and the key put in the key box,and my deposit was reimbursed a few hours later with out speaking to anyone. Social distancing was also being observed and we were asked to wear face masks. All in all a very happy customer .

The worst customer service. Rude and patronising. Can ONLY pay by credit card. Can ONLY pay deposit by credit card. Extremely slow. 5 staff members chatting, one serving customers. I've used many van and car hire places, this place is really terrible. All I wanted to do was cover the deposit for my sisters van hire and the only way it was possible was to pay an extra 12 on my CC, become the main driver and add additional driver. And the van they gave us had a massive crack in the windscreen! Avoid this place!!
Good service, tidy car and reasonable rates, was easy to extend the hire with a quick call and smart phone.
Very polite staff who guided me through the process quickly. Decent van and the cheapest I could find to drop off elsewhere.

The process of getting a vehicle is really easy. The staff is really good and polite. I had no issues at all with them.
Sent this email 3 time and called they have never got back to me Dear Sirs, I am writing to you regarding the above reference number. I recently rented a car for the date of 18th May-22nd May, when arriving to collect the car I was told that there was going to be an extra 200 on top for a deposit? I was not advised of any extra payments previously. I have rented cars from other car companies before and they take a 1 deposit from your card so I had to cancel the car after paying out for a taxi to get me there. I had to loan a car from a family member as I only own a works van. I didn't feel that your staff were very helpful in explaining why I was not advised about this extra payment before and after looking through the terms and conditions it is not clear or neither states an amount of 200! If this had have been the case I would have gone with another company. I was told I would receive a refund within 7 days it has now been 11 days since speaking to your staff to which I still have not had a refund. You really need to make it a lot clearer when customers rent your cars about this added payment, your staff at the rental office even said themselves that a lot of customers come in not realising that they will need to pay out another lot of money. Please advise asap Kind Regards Lee Moorman
