Highly recommend this store. Recently purchased some carpets and Simon (the manager) really made the transaction pleasant and straight forward. Nothing was too much and even through a pandemic, everything was smooth sailing from start to finish! Thank you so much.

Had carpets fitted in 2 bedrooms and vinyl in toilet. I have a small step in the toilet and noticed that the vinyl wasn't stuck down properly. Having showed the fitters, i was told that it just doesn't stick! I called the store, only to be told that vinyl doesn't bend so they had to cut it into 2 pieces for the toilet and that they used the strongest tape. Basically was being told there's nothing they could do about it. I also mentioned that the vinyl wasn't even cut straight and i wasn't happy with the white sealant as the vinyl is grey. On top of that, a bedroom door and the toilet door were now unable to close shut! I asked for someone to call me back. I didn't receive a call back! My partner has had to staple the vinyl down and we bought grey sealant to cover up the noticeable white. I don't recommend this store. They are quick to take your money and don't care if the customers are satisfied with the outcome. Attached are 3 pics. Two of them show how uneven the vinyl was cut and the white sealant. The first pic shows how my partner has tried to cover up their mistakes.

Excellent in store service when we placed our order and paid our money. Told 2 weeks for delivery. After 6 weeks and 3 messages left on answerphone we visited the store to be told by Sam, the manager that they don't have time to listen to answerphone messages but head office insisted on it being on. In fact Sam said 'did we expect him to come in on his day off to listen to messages' laughable really. Anyhow we did travel to another branch to collect our flooring and they didn't have our underlay so gave us a refund and we went elsewhere to buy it. I really think they should manage client's expectations better.
