Shop beautifully presented, friendly staff. Great products at great prices. Only marked one less star as there was only one member of staff serving so was a bit slow in being served. But overall great experience.

Lovely items and usually lovely service. Unfortunately I returned a sale item as on getting home the mirror to the make up bag was missing and it was due to be a present. On taking it back with the receipt was told exchange only and the assistant made a remark about none of the others being like it which made me feel quite uncomfortable. In retrospect I believe I was entitled to a refund or even credit note as the item was missing the mirror and faulty. So I'll be writing to head office to check.
Well-run and quite large branch of the chain. I've visited twice and picked up some bargains both times. Staff have always been friendly and helpful.
