Beverley & Toni recently acted to complete a house sale, and flat sale and a house purchase. All 3 transactions were undertaken in a thoroughly professionally manner. They were really clear explaining some restrictive covenants and totally pragmatic when dealing with the old tricky issue which arose. I would definately recommend them.

Absolutely gobsmacked at the service we received. Acted on our behalf to sell our property back to the local council. There were weeks at a time without any corrsespondence or updates. When there was it was because me or my partner had to chase it up, which is what we are paying them to do. On the day of completion I had a phone call early morning only to be told that because of the utter incompetence of the solicitor and secretary, I had to wait to get my funds as not everything had been put in place for that day, as it should’ve. Luckily, I was not in a chain which would’ve held Churchers accountable for loss of time and money. To top it off, each time my partner tried to get in contact with anyone, he was ignored. I would never, ever recommend using these to anyone. Terrible.

I am highly disappointed at the solicitor sent to represent me. He was just mumbling in court and had nothing positive to say about me so I get a lesser sentence. He convinced me to change my plea saying I will get a lesser sentence but I still got the maximum sentence. Should have stuck to pleading not guilty and used a duty solicitor in court instead of paying to be represented . will never ever use that firm again. NEVER!
Awful customer service, receptionist was rude and patronising! Would not reccomend at all!!!
