Love their dresses, pitty about the customer service. The coast telephone helpline was brilliant and so helpful about an item that didn't fit and had clearly been worn before. Returned to the store to be told it had been reduced because of that reason, which wasn't advised at point of purchase. Sales assistant was lovely and understanding. Manager in store was rude and didn't want to help or actually take the item back. Buy their dresses online, avoid the store like the plague!!!!

Extremely rude, fiancé was told she was to big (fat) for a dress. Didn't even try or look at the faulty zip on the dress. Shameful customer service. Company isn't interested in any feedback.
