From my past experience with Cosham Health Centre. Professionalism of GPs varied from outstanding to terrible. Reception assistants mostly rude, unfriendly and unfair. Nurses mostly great. At present with the facilitation of the COVID-19 vaccine I can not fault.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! The reception staff is extremely rude, it's impossible to get an appointment, doctors are rude and won't help you (they'll make you feel even worse)! Can't wait to move somewhere else and hope this place will be closed soon and replaced with much more professional surgery!

AVOID THIS PLACE!! Receptionists are super rude! I’ve asked for help and the only answer was NO. Just plain NO. No help at all. If you are not happy with your job just quit! Why are you stopping people of getting help with you s***ty mood?? Although nurse was super nice so one star for nurse otherwise would put 0

Since iv transferred to this Drs surgery I don't feel iv had the care I feel Alienated as I suffer from Anxiety panick like many people arnt getting the support they should receive due to the Pandemic the Virus has made the Drs not want to put 100% for the people of today which is understanding as the Drs also have family's they want to support but when you go into a job that you are still expected to take care of your people with cancer also mental health and all over underlined health problems people should still be treated 100% no matter if we in a Pandemic or not no wonder people are Angry loosing people they love I just had blood test but just trying to get through to find out one thing on the phone is hard anough no support anywhere I feel for the older people to if they have to be told they have to go online to get answers and have Anxietys why they being abandoned and die in their homes alone no one seems to care anymore and now with the lockdown their will be people dieing alone over Christmas because no one really cares stay safe Godbless you all let's hope everyone can cope as if I'm having troubles getting answers then everyone else must be fuming to
