Just a short note to thank Keith for the excellent work he did to help design, get approved and work with the builders for exactly the outcome we wanted to modernise and extend our detached house in Portsmouth. Four years on we are so glad we sought Keith's professional advice, the suggestions he made not only made the outcome more aesthetically appealing, but also practically, his knowledge has stood the test of time. We would not hesitate to recommend him, in fact we did so recently to our sister, who is delighted with the fairly major re-modelling work he helped her to take through the whole process, which has allowed their family to grow in an exceptional new home they now have.

We are delighted with the design that Keith produced for our extension. Keith took time to understand our requirements, and produced a set of drawings which allowed us to choose the best options. His design was easy for the building contractor to interpret and build, and the end result is stunning.
From start to finish Keith understood what we wanted and made it happen. He listened to all of our ideas and we worked together to come up with a wonderful design that fitted in well with the houses in our area and that we are really happy with. Our home has gone from an ugly duckling to a beautiful swan, thank you Keith.
Keith did a fantastic job on my extension. He arranged for the planning approvals, designed all the lay-out and architecture. Nothing was too much trouble, even some last minute changes after building had commenced. High standard of work throughout. TBH I don't think he charges enough. I was so happy I paid him extra.
