I've been working with Douglas Stafford for over a year now. I have a great time and they are a friendly bunch. I get plenty of work meaning I am basically a full-time mystery shopper for them. It takes me to all corners of the UK and I've even been able to travel abroad on occasions. I highly recommend them if you like the idea of test driving cars (some very nice ones too!), checking out some new homes or having a host of other experiences. Luke and the team are always ready to help so check them out!

The Management, Co-Ordinators and staff are simply the most helpful colleagues and support team you can wish to have. They are always happy to help and answer your questions, no matter how many times you contact them. I have never had any problems with payments and always have been paid on time. The instructions and communications are always clear and in my opinion they are one of the best companies to work with in this industry.

I have been working for Douglas Stafford for about 4 years and can honestly say that they are one of the best Mystery Shopping companies I work for. They give clear instructions in all of their assignments and communications. If there are ever any queries or problems with the Quality Control team, staff at Head Office are always there to help resolve the problems. In my dealings with the company I have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and approachable if there are any concerns. They are fair in their policies and if there are any problems these are dealt with in a professional and reasonable way. The fees they pay for their work are some of the most competitive I have come across and I would recommend them to other Mystery Shoppers. No complaints here only high recommendations.

I have worked for DS for 12 yrs they used to be a very professional company with some great senior management Latterly they have lost many of their customers and also many excellent senior staff and the MD has been more concerned with running down his competitors as he can’t stand competition and has decided to close the company down.Such a pity he could not let his senior staff run the business
