Used self drop-off service (parking behind the building). Left my debit card in the car sadly wasn't contacted by any of the Europcar staff

Terrible, service, vehicle and after service. We were given a car with warning lights on the dashboard for for tyre pressure and adblue and have been told we need to pay for the damage because we put air into it rather than call garage out. We did not have time to call a garage as we were travelling and not in one place for more than a day. They over charged my credit card, denied it even though I sent them proof. They lied about the damage and we will never use them again, totally disgusting service
The staff are always friendly and helpful. Right by the harbour station. Very handy
Not impressed by the fact that they close at 4 pm but they were able to help with adding European insurance to our hire. Our error was not buying the insurance online in the first place as they don't have swipe facilities available for non chip and pin cards. Julie Read very helpful in the end and we were both able to get on our way to France.

Very nice service in the branch. Nice atmosphere and well kept cars. The location is very convinent as well.
Always get a warm welcome when I go to hire a car and they recognise me even though I only hire three or five times a year.
The Europcar Scam The gentleman in Europcar was great. I would not however rent from Europcar again purely because they keep taking payments off my credit card without any agreements with me and then make it really difficult to claim back. Their charging of 'EXTRAS' is a scam and they just hope you cant be bothered to claim the random payments back.
