First time user of this garage. A bit unsure of using due to past reviews but my wife has a Vauxhall and it had a EML on and needed a MOT so I was banking on Dealer knowledge. Engine lights are a bit dark magic. Initially booked a service and investigation. Donna was very friendly and tried to answer my questions over the phone. On arrival Donna again was helpful. Before collection I spoke to a mechanic and he explained it need a software update and the video inspection was really useful. Also the service needed was a lower type than initially thought so the price was reduced. This is why it's a 5 star because I would have no idea which service is needed. Overall a very good experience.

Poor customer service and poor communication. Engine light went on and took my car in for fixing on 24/9/2020, they had my car for 2 weeks without telling me the part they ordered was wrong. Reluctant to give me my car back because it takes them a few hours to take the car apart so they said ( but it’s ok for my partner to spend 3 hours every day driving me to work?) Knowing the engine light was on my MOT will fail, still carried out a MOT on my car just to “try their luck”. Finally the car is fixed today 1/12/2020. Communication was so poor. I had to call to check the status of my car. Didn’t even tell me when my car is done. Always wait till I call to tell me know what’s happening. The manager of the service centre is so RUDE!!!!
