Patrick helped significantly to overcome a roof leaking problem that we had sustained in our house for over 20 years. The background, before engaging Fingerprint Studios, we had 4 attempts by other contractors (over the previous 20 years) that failed to correctly fix the problem. It was a large step (from my point of view) to go to the extent of engaging an Architect to address this issue, but clearly it was not going to be fixed by just any other contractor and I should have gone about it this way from the start. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. The ideas and knowledge Patrick applied to match a very capable roofing contractor (who again was absolutely first class) to fix our problem was nothing short of outstanding and was a great relief for us after suffering this problem for over 20 years. This considering 4 attempts by others had failed miserably. Patrick's extremely fair and honest way of dealing with our needs surpassed my expectations by a long chalk and really I cant thank him enough. This review is the least I can do.
