We really cannot thank the team at Paulsgrove Forever Together funeral care enough. They were all absolutely amazing through a very tragic time for us, when we lost our 18 year old son. Denise, Hayley and Michael were so patient and considerate and nothing was too much trouble. I think people go through this whole process quite numb, and then wonder if you've made the right decisions for your loved ones......but we were guided and advised and above all else, we were listened to. Thank you for everything xx

I chose this funeral company after noting it was a family run business. Calling them the day after my son Christopher was tragically found passed away was incredibly difficult but Bobbi made me feel at ease and was patient and kind. I visited the offices soon after and was met with Bobbi and Denise. They were lovely caring ladies who couldn't do enough for the family. They organized everything, memory boxes, the flowers, the wake, in order to save the family any more stress and at a reasonable cost. They also had a celebrant called Dawn Traer call on us who spoke at length about Christopher so she could write a fitting tribute to be read at the service. Nothing was too much for Bobbi and Denise, even my constant calls for updates and to see my son in the chapel of rest. I was allowed to visit him several times and I have never drunk so many cups of tea! They even came back to the offices later on one of the evenings to set up the room for my daughter to see him who had travelled from New Zealand and told us to take all the time we needed. I know my son was looked after so well by them and I had no problem leaving him in their care. The funeral went without any problems, Ben was there from the start and explained everything to the family before and during the process. Dawn was fabulous and kept those who attended totally enthralled by her soft voice, kind words and sometimes a sense of humour. It made a sombre mood more bearable and everyone remarked on how good the service was, exactly what Christopher would have wanted. I can't thank them enough.
I lost my mum to cancer it was one of the hardest times of my life I've ever had to go through. We all knew including my mum that we didn't have much longer so she planned her own funeral to take some of the stress from her kids and other loved ones. Going to together forever funeral care was absolutely brilliant! The whole team showed us great love and support during this hard time and everything my mum asked for came out spot on so I want to say thank you to each and everyone of you at together forever funeral care that made my mums send of so beautiful and thank you for taking such good care of us and my mum
I Would definitely recommend Forever Together we decided to use this company after noting it was a family run buisness, they not only took care of my Auntie but also our family. Denise and her team were outstanding couldn't recommend them highly enough! The Staff were incredibly patient, compassionate and understanding, nothing was too much trouble for them. They went above and beyond to make sure my auntie had a great personal service. I can't recommend Forever Together highly enough they truly helped my family at such a difficult time.
