All in all a nice enough shop with plenty of choice. I would have given 4 or even 5 stars apart from the fact that I wasn't told the model I was buying was second hand and worse than that it was broken. I was able to fix the parts that were broken however I shouldn't have had to, or at least told the model was second hand and broken before I purchased it at full price.

Great customer service, unable to enter shop due to Covid restrictions, but fantastic help from the owner at the door. Left with everything we wanted. Can't blame owners for Council imposed restrictions and threats of 10k fines. Keep supporting your Local Model Shop or they'll disappear. All the chains of the past are gone, leaving the few independents remaining. In Portsmouth you have 4 shops, in Southampton there's only one!
