A very good veterinary clinic. Highly recommended. I cant thank the team in Portsmouth enough for the care, compassion and respect they showed when our cat recently had to be put to sleep. It was a heart breaking moment made easier by their thoughtfulness and understanding, particularly Sarah.

Excellent Vet. My dog is very frightened of the vets but Animed are really patient with him. They also looked after my Mums dog in the lead up to him growing his wings, and they made me and my Mum feel really relaxed and explained everything properly to us whilst it was happening. Highly recommended.

Twice now we've had appointments go wrong. Once they booked is to the wrong clinic and we turned up to it closed. The other time they rearranged the booking to an earlier time and didn't even tell us, so we turned up to our appointment and it had been cancelled. Both times involved a lot of trauma for the poor cat as it hates transport, and 10 times worse for second attempt a week later with it fresh in its mind and it knows the moment we get the carry basket. The clinic itself is good though, friendly staff. The issues we've had have all been booking and it's the head office that caused the issues. Once we manage to get there it's always been fine.
