Really pleased with my new car. Ben was extremely helpful and ensured everything ran smoothly despite Covid-19 procedures being in place. Chloe also showed me everything I needed to know for my new car. I love it and am sure I’ll return next time. Only one minor issue with the car, but this has been booked in to be looked at very quickly. Great service all round.

Billy Jones -Thankyou I opted to go Back to Hendys Ford dealership Having already previously purchased from them almost 3 years ago. I was delighted to be able to reconnect and deal with Billy Jones again. We discussed my requirements, and budgets Billy was able with his vast knowledge of the range of vehicles available to select a few options for me. Once we decided which model to go for decision in no time at all Billy had sourced me a new car that ticked all the box’s and more. I was able to complete all of the process both on the telephone and online efficiently and effectively. The only physical interaction I had with Billy was in person was when i dropped off my old car off and picked up my new Ford Puma ST X Line. Socially distanced of course due to Covid. Buying a car is this tremendously exciting moment in people's lives, and or me even with these Covid restrictions in place it has truly been my case thanks to the fantastic service provided by Billy Jones. No doubts why he is now the Assistant Sales Manager. Billy really is your man if you want impeccable service. I look forward to returning to Billy Jones for my 3rd purchase. What a pleasure it was to do business with David Dobrowolski, he was friendly and helpful in dealing with the purchase of my new car nothing was too much trouble and his knowledge of the cars was impressive, especially as with the difficulties of working during these trying times. Delivery by Lucy was great arrived exactly on time, and again very knowledgeable on all things Kuga, the hand over was conducted in a covid safe way (sorry it was so cold outside).
