Ford Ranger Thunder - Thank you Lewis! I have just picked up my new Ford Ranger Thunder from Hendy Ford at Cosham and what a vehicle! Amazing drive and unbelievable capabilities, this vehicle is hard to match. I previously had a 2017 VW Transporter Kombi 4 Motion, which I part-ex'd for the Ranger, and enjoyed it but to be honest there is absolutely no comparison with the Ford; beats it hands down in every area. Test drive one and you will see what I mean! I cannot commend and thank Lewis Bailey (Senior Commercial Sales Manager) for his professionalism, advice and expertise in the whole process. If you are after excellent customer service then look no further. I guarantee you will be well looked after. Most definitely a 5 star rating, well done Hendy Ford and thank you Lewis!

Excellent service from Hendy Honda in Portsmouth. Jacob was very professional and helpful in providing a very competitive deal on a new Honda and Andy was also very professional, prompt and helpful in sorting out a minor warranty situation with Honda UK. Thank you to both of them for their friendly customer service. This is our third car from this dealership in the last 11 years and from my experiences I would certainly recommend them.

Lied to my face about an issue with brakes. Told they couldn't hear the problem I had taken to car in to be inspected for after it had come from the Exeter branch where they conceded there was an issue and had attempted to resolve the week previously. Somehow they couldn't (they obviously could) hear the issue and told me there was no issue with brakes.... Took to Horizon Honda. Found issue in 2 minutes and confirmed Hendy either hadn't really checked for the issue or were as suspected lying as they didn't want to deal with problem and help rectify at their expense. Poor customer service.... Waste of time.

I'm a big fan of Honda as I feel you get a good value car with good spec at a very competitive price. I bought a Civic for my wife as a gift Aug 2020. Although I feel I got a good deal on the car I purchased, the customer service and timely delivery of the car was disappointing. Would I use Hendy Honda again? I'm not sure. Would I buy a Honda from another dealer? Yes.

Purchased a Honda Civic from Hendy Portsmouth in November 2019, all well and good until I tried to use the aircon in May this year. It dint work! The car was under warranty so went back to Hendy Honda Portsmouth who checked the car and found there was zero gas in the air con . The car had only covered 13000 miles so was surprised the aircon dint work. They topped it up at 100 and was asked that I should return the car for a check after 500 miles. The air con worked ok for a while then stopped working again. Went back to Hendy Honda Portsmouth , this time they determined that the condenser was faulty and needed replacement. After some deliberation and checking with the technician they determined that the repairs should be covered under the warranty and I will be called when the parts are in. Waited 6 weeks with no contact from Hendy Honda Portsmouth. I called to check , was told in a rude manner that they would contact me when the parts are available. Over two months now and still no contact from Hendy Honda Portsmouth. After some research it appears that there is a problem with the civic aircon system , particularly with civic vehicles in the USA. That explains the length of time in obtaining the parts for repairs. Gave up waiting and sold the car at a loss.
