Bought an iPhone 7 on 2nd March 2020, got a great price because the fingerprint no longer works which I was informed about straight away. The guy who served me was very friendly and helpful. I honestly couldn’t of asked for better service. Also got a charging cable and a screen protector free with the phone. And I get a 6 month warranty great service!

I came into the store with my pixel 3a which had significant water damage, they fix it for me in 2 days and shipped it to me with express shipping as I'd left the city. Amazing service!

Wow...It was a lifetime experience.. Got my iPhone XR screen smashed today unfortunately.. Visited this shop.. They fix it within 15 minutes.. With a warranty as well. Very honest and kind guys working in this store. Highly recommend.. :)

My son broke his iPhone 4s. Couldn’t get it fixed in the first 3 places we tried as the phone was too old. We found iTech in commercial road Portsmouth and the gentleman called Ferman said he could fix it, same day, within 2 hours for us. One happy mum and the phone looks good as new. Thank you so much!

I bought a second-hand iPhone SE and it did not work very well. I was very grumpy and asked for my money back. They agreed to replace the screen for no cost and now the phone works perfectly. I felt obliged to apologise for my miserable attitude. This is a good shop with nice people.

Fantastic service from the 2 x gentlemen in the shop today. We are down from Manchester with work for 2 week's and our IPhone 6s was not charging during the last 2 days. The phone issue was resolved in 5 minutes........... Would highly recommend this shop.
