Having just returned from leading a group of older people on a holiday based in Sidmouth for a week, I have nothing but praise for this company. Our Driver, Dean, arrived on time to collect us with a clean and comfortable coach. He was friendly, helpful, and an excellent driver, negotiating the narrow Devon lanes. All those on board would happily use Jet Connect again and would request that Dean be our driver.

Used jet connect for transfers to Luton from Portsmouth for a group of 17. Driver was on time both ways, very polite staff and really happy with service will definitely use again and very reasonable price Thankyou

NEVER use this company! I booked a 54 seater coach for our annual work Christmas party to the races. They were supposed to pick the whole team up at 8:30 as we had paid for hospitality. They did not arrive on time so I tried calling them hundreds of times...no answer! Eventually I got through to someone who told me they had double booked. They could only send a 17 seater mini bus, which meant 4 of us had to drive despite already paying for hospitality. Eventually a driver (who was very nice) turned up. By the time we eventually arrived, we had missed all of the hospitality and arrive just in time for the first race. I was told we would receive a full refund of 400 as compensation for being late/ not sending the correct coach. Although it was stressful and frustrating, I thought this would have been relatively fair. 6 months later I am still waiting for this refund! I have sent countless emails and left many messages and heard nothing back. Do not waste your time, money and effort with this company!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I have given 1 star as i can not give minus 5 stars, I booked then to take my family to the airport I spoke to them at length provided all flight details and asked how to pay all was booked. On the day of our holiday they did not turn up I spoke to their office and they stated they were waiting for me to confirm the booking the day before we travelled so they only put a driver on standby, she stated she contacted me on my mobile by text and left a voice message this was not true as no messages were received, when i spoke to the lady on the phone she said ok then we will cancel this and not send the driver I have on standby for you,ALL TOGETHER SHE WAS RUDE I asked them to still come however after 30 mins wait when they said they would be with us in 15 mins i called again and they were still over 30 mins away so we all drove instead funny how the driver coming to collect us managed to call me on my mobile with no problems, my main question that they still can not answer is why have a driver on standby if they did not believe the booking was going ahead, they are just lying as they did not plan this correctly i will repeat again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Would definitely NOT Recommend to anyone to use jet connect taxi !!! To cut a long story short ....14 people waiting at 3am in the morning for our minibus to take us to Gatwick , it didn't turn up on time we booked it for . When we originally booked the taxi I explained that we've been let down before in the past by another taxi company , so was very important to us to turn up and on time !! I phoned the night before spoke to our driver paul and explained this again !! Couldn't believe no phone call from no one to explain going to be late picking us up , I had to keep ringing and ringing trying to speak to someone . eventually driver texts me and said on his way... again still waiting and no contact made back as how long he would be , kept ringing him, then eventually he texted 30 mins away !!!!!! Completely lost trust and confidence and had to book individual taxis . Just got to the airport on time ... Absolutely appalling communication when desperately needed !! . Phoned office later that morning to complain no genuine sorry given , just we would of got you there on time !! And driver was running late due to the previous pickup at airport was late landing ... completely agree not jet connect fault but to not contact us and tell us going to be late is absolutely disgraceful. Never again will we use jet connect taxi .
