This is the first time I have used JKM Motor Services to carry out repairs on my 2008 Audi A5, that I have owned from new, and my only regret is not having used them before. I took my car in initially just to get the door locking mechanism repaired but asked them at the same time to investigate a windscreen wiper problem and a long standing, annoying fault with the air conditioning that I had been led to believe from Youtube was uneconomic to repair; because of the work involved. From first contact with Kate in reception to completion of all the work they were very professional, kept me informed of their investigations and quoted a very reasonable price. I will certainly be using them for all future work that needs to be done. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
