I drive past kite packaging nearly everyday and as my business grows I wanted to improve my unboxing experience for my customers. I have looked at the company on line and thought I would pop in to see what they had be it brochures samples (I would have been willing to pay). I would have been looking to order in batches of 50 to 100 I know this might be a lot to them but this was not the service I expected. I arrived on site and went to the door marked reception. I found an intercom and this is as far as I got. I know that we live in an internet world but it is nice to out a face to things. Through the intercom I managed to speak to somebody and told them what I was looking for ... to be told through the intercom to look online or to go to the post office as they don't do that type of thing here. So that was the end of the conversation through the intercom Although the person I spoke to was very polite it was very strange and looks like I will be finding another company to buy boxes from
