Can never get through or get any appointments. Had an experience where we had a flat tyre and I had an appointment for mental health tablet reviews. Called to say we were getting a taxi. Got there to be told no one will see me despite having no tablets. Wasn't offered a telephone appointment when we called to say we had a flat..so they let us get a taxi in traffic turn up late and refuse to see me. When I said I was unstable and have not had meds because they hadn't been able to get me an appt for so long I was told well if you feel that unstable go to QA. Left the surgery straight after this and never looked back.

How this centre can leave a vulnerable OAP in severe discomfort and pain is beyond me !. Promises of endless calls but those promises were empty. They made an appointment without consultation nor communication. Nothing less than a complaint is deserved, but this will be followed by the Ombudsman. A travesty !

Absolutely useless surgery, who have no concern for peoples health or wellbeing. First issue.... patient has on going issues with their throat that are potentially dangerous and you phone up to see a doctor, no they give an appointment with a nurse practitioner who is using google to give a diagnosis. Second issue.... a repeat prescription is handed in and they decide we don't want you on those tablets anymore, but we won't inform you or let you have an appointment with a gp for 2 weeks. Go cold turkey on long term medication. Stay away from this surgery they don't care about anything apart from their figures, the opitamy of what is wrong with the health service right now.

My mother has been trying to get treatment from this surgery since December on a ongoing health problem . Got told today by a doctor to go to A & E . They should have a duty of care to all patients but this surgery just cant be bothered .
