Fantastic company to work for. I thoroughly enjoy and have enjoyed the many roles I have held with the business. It's a great shame to see reviews of this nature especially from such suspicious sources and former employees that simply do not understand the detriment these kind of comments can cause. Ivor I am not sure who you are however with a name such as that I would refuse to believe it's what is written on your birth certificate. I found your comment to be particularly offensive and would hope that somewhere in that narrow minded and incredibly racist comment there is a good reason for discrediting the work of any call centre let alone an "Indian" one.

***WARNING*** This company is is an absolute disgrace when it comes the professionalism. They RE book existing customers and sell the same appointments to several clients. So when they say that appointments are exclusive to their clients this is an absolute LIE. Its an unprofessional workplace and is run by what id call an idiot at the best of times. To anyone looking to work there they cant pay wages on time nor do they provide wage slips. To any existing or new clients looking to get them to provide you appointments i advise not to due to the owner constantly in dispute with old clients on refunds which he refuses to pay back and has been taken to court by many due to this which in result has landed him several CCJ's. If you are approached by this company, i advise to steer clear if not then take caution.
