This agency is the worst I wont advice no one to go with leaders..I veiw a property since January 14th 2020 I paid 675 rent an 775 deposit an was told that the property would be available February 3rd 2020. When I move in the property on March the 3rd with my newborn baby the place was cold no heating when I contacted leaders they said they never visited the property an they dont know about the heating the said day I called again they send a technician who said the problem was the fan he would change it the next day..he later return the next day the heating never work or the hot water I contacted leaders an told them about it all these days I sleep by a friend I keep contacting Leaders an telling them me an my baby have no where to go they did not care. I ask them for my money back to get a next place the lady said to me I can only get back my deposit I said how come I did not even sleep in the house one night due to the place was freezing cold. I ask her to call the landlord an let them return my money from since the 3rd of February to now I am homeless with a newborn baby an each time I call they keep saying they would release the deposit an the landlord have not return his part of the money yet. Leaders are very unprofessional the employees yell at u hang up the phone on you an treat you with no dignity an respect. I just need my money back so I can get a new place..imagine I never sleep there because of the coldness for me an the baby an they saying they cant refund me back all my rent money they are really unfair...today is the 14 of February an me an my baby is still stranded in the cold. Up to today leaders never return my money I paid which was 1450 in total. I am really stress now an dont know what to do...
