Paid 2 bills in cash over the counter in cosham branch ,but they were never received by the companies that they were for .Even though I have a receipt. This meant I had fees added to my accounts for late payments and also one account was blocked . I reported this 2 weeks ago and I’m still awaiting a reply . Tried phoning branch over 30 times and it’s not answering.
Friendly and Helpful staff, however, last time I was there the instant deposit machine was broken.
