Our 10,000 sq. ft. store is located in Port Solent Marina, where you can find our full range of stock on display. We have friendly knowledgeable staff ready to assist you and ample free parking. We operate our mail order and online sales from our new warehouse / head office just outside Port Solent. We have live stock levels on our website and free UK mainland delivery on orders over £100. In addition to our store and website, we are the largest retailer to exhibit at the Southampton Boat Show. In fact our stand is now over 8,000 sq.ft!

Super fast - I stupidly ordered the wrong sized anti slip tread pads, got them almost before I ordered them, returned them the same day for exchange, and hey presto the correct ones were at the door about two minutes later. (OK a bit longer but that’s what it seemed like) My windsurf board is going to look a lot better once I’ve cut them to shape…..now I've ordered the correct size! (Hmmm, measure twice order once) Top marks to the super Store team

Ordered the Isotherm Refrigerator Cruise Elegance 85 Litre which arrived within a few days. Realised it was not in the shape expected as I needed a curve on the lower back end of the fridge so it would fit into my caravan. Contacted the Marine Superstore by phone and talked with Dean who without any fuzz made a return order and a new order on the 65 liter that would fit. I even got a credit on the price difference between the two. The fridge has now run continuously since mid April 2020, cooling perfectly on a setting of 3 (between 0 and 7). Lately, the outside temperature has been on 30-33C and I have turned the fridge up on a setting of 5 where it is cooling nicely and also maintaining the small freezer absolutely frozen. This fridge is a 12V ONLY, not a 3-way absorption fridge that tends to overheat and taking a huge amount of amps from your batteries. It runs almost soundless and only uses about 20 amps over night. I can strongly recommend other campists to deal with the Marine Superstore

Ordered some Sealskinz gloves. Unfortunately when they arrived they were found to be faulty (inners pulled away when hands removed). Telephoned Marine Superstore and couldn't have got a better response. Full refund to my account within minutes. Excellent service; which leads me to conclude that you can shop at this store with complete confidence. Well done all round.

Returned my new inflatable on Sunday (my issue, boat didn't have transom could drill into). The process couldn't have been smoother. Girl at checkout was efficient and polite and made it clear the return was no bother. The young man who helped me get the returned boat out of the car and the new one into the car was the same, couldn't have been more helpful. Whole experience was outstanding - I very rarely write reviews, but these guys are superb on their customer service.
