Ordered a halloumi wrap which they assured me they offered and was delivered a falafel wrap instead, even worse the falafel (that I did not order) was ridiculously dry. I attempted to call them to explain and give them a chance to rectify the situation and they have since been permanently engaged.

The grumpy server, served up what seemed like meat that had been sitting there for ages. Absolutely vile. I also had bad guts for most of the next day. Not happy. Never again. Bad service with terrible food. I've never tasted dog meat, but I guarantee that's what it tastes like. Well overpriced too. AVOID you have been warned.

Me and my other half have been here 3 times. 1st service was great very filling on pizzas. 2nd and 3rd i had chicken burger, that was lovely. My other half had chips and chicken strippers. Chicken strippers were a bit small but it filled her up. We did find stringy bits if chicken init tho. But service was great. My friend wasn't happy as he was over charged as he didn't ask for cheese in his chicken burger. You should at least check your calculations and make sure you have the correct change.
