My friends and I were trying to return something to the shop. We spoke to the manager on the phone earlier and even though it was a bit late, she said we were still allowed to return it. We went into the shop and asked the lady at the till if we could return the item, she said “no because it’s out of date” we then said that we spoke to the manager earlier and she said it was fine and then her and another staff member started laughing and went right up to my face and shouted “Considering I’m the manager, I’m pretty sure your lying and I would remember if I said that” She then refused to give us our money back and started talking about us when we left (not knowing that we could hear) to the other staff. I will not be going back there anytime soon and would strongly suggest you don’t either.
