Beware this company are not reliable. We had 3 pallets shipped to South Africa and not all of the goods arrived. Mercator have admitted that a pallet was deconstructed and some of the goods removed and that they have not been able to find the removed material. We have asked for compensation but they are not responding to emails or returning calls. Whilst they have been negligent they are now non responsive and completely unprofessional. Would be happy to provide more details and proof should anyone require this.
