I booked an appointment 48 hours in advance. Knowledgeable and conversational staff were happy to work through options for a custom fit suit. Staff were happy to explain all my option and made me feel very comfortable throughout.

Reasonably priced compared to some of the other retailers at Gunwarf where it seems you are paying for the name (maybe I have less money than sense?). The lad who served me was very helpful. I will be buying from here again.
Very unpleasant shopping. The senior staff (2 of them) were rude and impatient. I asked to try 2 shirts and one of them was reluctant to let me try them all, arguing one of them wouldn't fit me. I have to insist and nearly argue with him, before he let me try. I proved that it fits me perfectly after all. When i asked a question about what their tailor description on the label means, the other senior stuff shown impatient and made up answer to get rid of me. I will never go there again! Shame on them. I saw some reviews were quite good and said they were friendly. It might be me having a really bad luck to be served by those 2 staffs, or because i got a Chinese look?
