My whole experience with the Kia team has been both fun and very relaxing. Allie is a real gem and a huge asset to the team. I first met Allie when I arrived for a test drive of a Kia. She was very friendly and explained the major controls of the test drive car which really put me at ease. On returning to the dealership to pick up my new car Allie spent lots of time with me showing me how to set up the console to work with my phone and installed some of my favourite radio stations for me. She explained all of the ‘bells and whistles’ so that I could understand exactly what they were and exactly what they did. Such a lovely and helpful lady who is happy to take that bit of extra time to put you at ease and make sure you are happy before you go out on the road. Before I left to drive my new car home Allie gave me her card and invited me to contact her should I be worried or unsure about anything to do with the car. After a couple of days Allie gave me a call to see how I was doing with my new car. Again very friendly and helpful. This lady is an absolutely wonderful member of the team. A true asset and deserves her five star rating .

It was great! Allie was super with her support of quite a complicated transition from automatic diesel to an all electric car with modern aids.... 10/10
