This isn't my regular dentist but I had an emergency appointment. I could not fault the staff, starting from the phone call to the end of my appointment. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and professional. All covid measures were in place. Could not thank them enough.

Amazing staff and services, couldn't recommend enough! Dr. Ciuca and the team here are doing an outstanding job, I couldn't be happier with the experience I have had! From the very beginning when I called reception to register as a new patient, I was made to feel like my query was being dealt with the utmost professionalism, patience, kindness and care. I was reluctant in going in to see any dental practice during these challenging times when COVID is around, but considering the guidance I had received over the phone prior to my arrival, I felt reassured that this practice's COVID-19 precautionary measures are second to none. Controlled front entrance, hand sanitizing stations and social distancing dots on the floor were all in place. The staff were strictly adhereing to these rules for their own and their patients safety. Throughout my time there Dr. Ciuca has kept me in the loop with regards to what the procedure entails and what my options are, kindly explaining everything along the way. I am writing this review 1 week after my visit, and wanted to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who looked after me! I appreciate your efforts and professional, yet friendly demeanor that you have all displayed! Wish you all the best!
