Brilliant place to go. Plenty to see and a good half a day could be spent here. Firstly though, its a bit pricey to get in. By far the best value is to get an ultimate ticket which means you can go as many times all year round and then it doesn't seem so bad. When I went it was raining. And we got soaked! With social distancing you're asked to queue to get in to each attraction (restricted numbers) but there is no cover or protection from the elements outside, Warrior and Mary Rose and there's a small gazebo outside Victory so if its raining and busy bring a snorkel. If it's sunny, bring a sombrero! Mary Rose exhibition is a must see in my opinion. Staggering to see the remains that were submerged for around 400 years. And 19,000 items were excavated! Overall, a very interesting, educational place to go and a great example of Great British naval history.

We arrived on a sunny day with a slight breeze so that was good. We bought our tickets online for 31 each. You can park just around the corner for 7 , there's a co-op there so it's worth getting a few drinks and sandwiches if you want. After having our bags checked we went to the submarine museum across the water using the water bus which is included in the price -great!. We then did the various museums, toured Victory -great, had ice-cream (2 for cone is fair) We also saw the Queen Elizabeth aircraft carrier- not part of the museum yet though! After a break we then walked around Warrior , great , we really enjoyed it . We'd recommend it

This is a lovely museum. If you have a full navy ticket, it is definitely worth a visit. The Nelson exhibition is very impressive and has a lot of interactive elements. The main exhibition area has a surface computer which is a huge touch screen with almost limitless amounts of information. This was the most impressive part of the museum I feel. The Jolly Roger exhibition was also a lot of fun. The only disappointment was that so many of the interactive parts like the buttons under displays and the touch screen displays don’t seem to work - considering the price we pay to get in, you’d think they’d have a look at that! Otherwise, an enjoyable visit for about an hour or so.

Fantastic experience. If you are buying a ticket for a one attraction, i would highly recommend the HMS Victory ship. What a story and what a legacy. You can see where Lord Nelson got shot and where he died. There are wonderful people inside the ship who knows the history about the ship and stories about the ship.

A fantastic collection old warships, submarines, naval history and habour tour across several sites Far too much for a single day. We spent two days and didnt get round everything.

Well worth two or three hours of a visit to thr Historic Dockyard. There is a gallery dedicated to Nelson that is great for anyone who has an interest in the period but not so much fof younger children. The Babcock galleries cover the Royal Navy from the age of sail to the modern day with an interesting range of exhibits and lots of hands on exhobits and touch screens for school age children.

As a lover of naval history I have wanted to come here and see in HMS Victory my entire life. It did NOT disappoint!! The ship is preserved beautifully! It is an absolute marvel to behold!! The audio guide is excellent!! Walking you thought each step of the battle of Trafalgar. Even my wife who unusually doesn't enjoy audio guides listen the the einter thing. The ready of museum is magnificent as well! Tons of fascinating things to learn and plenty for everyone young and old to enjoy! The "action station" exhibit was especially fun for kids. Thai museum is a most see for anyone even remotely interested in naval history!
