I used to work locally to No 1 Currency on Gladstone Place and by chance I popped in for some last minute holiday money as nobody else had enough currency for me. The service was second to none and they were all so helpful and friendly. I have since moved jobs but I continue to go here as it makes changing money so much easier. Couldn't recommend enough!!

I have been using the Gladstone Place exchange for the past 7 years since I moved back to Portsmouth. The staff are friendly, helpful and always greet their customers with a cheerful smile. I always get the best rates, along with the knowledge of it being guaranteed should it drop before I collect the following day. In addition to this, if the rates rise between my order and collection time they will offer me the higher rate. Where else can you get a service like that? I recommend them to all my friends and they too have been happy with the service they have received. The girls are all very friendly and I always look forward to a quick catch-up chat with Pauline, if there are no customers waiting and she has the time in her busy work schedule. In my opinion she offers customer service at its best, as they all do. I can thoroughly recommend ordering from No1 Currency online and collecting it from this branch if you want a warm welcome and excellent service.
