RIP OFF!!!! Recharges are shocking. I've got a right mind to contact my local member of parliament to address my concerns. The way this company operates surely isn't legal. I had to pay for damages which were no fault of my own, but general wear and tear! A small scratch was exaggerated beyond belief and was over 1,000 to repair in their conveniently partnered repair garage. Jeremy Hunt MP is getting a call from me and I will be getting a petition together. Its good when you have friends in the right places!!

Awful company to hire from, Lure you in with cheap rentals compared to other companies but then charge you for everything under the sun, Shockingly high repair bill charges for very small dent and scratch, (from one of their own choice of repair garages) Charged us for clutches and other mechanical parts which are covered by a 3 year warranty, They never have a like for like vehicle to replace yours with in the event of breakdown. They make up nonsense such as your spare tyre and wheel is damaged, so they change it and charge you, but no evidence at all and surprise surprise the replaced spare wheel and tyre are not new when they give you the van back. They will hide behind their one sided contract with you to charge you for anything they can possibly think of. I would strongly urge you to find another hire company instead of using this lot who have totally forgotten about customer service. The one good thing here is some of the front desk staff are very nice and friendly, but others are not very helpful when it comes to keeping your van on the road and some even have the nerve to lie to your face and say driver error has caused certain problems and then they charge you again. FACT - All the branches are monitored on how much money they make via charges to the customers. They actually have a league table and compete against each other to take as much money off the customers as possible. AVOID USING AT ALL COSTS
