Ordered a gateau from here for Christmas Day. Cost 45. It arrived well-packaged and on time but that is where the positives end. A very average cake, no different to a frozen gateau from Iceland (for a fraction of the price) and the macarons on top were extremely soggy. Very disappointing and this wasn't cheap!

Visited on a very cold evening and just sitting in the quaint rest area in the warmth was welcome! Had a stunning latte, Hot chocolate and a tea which would have been enough for 4! Did not have any cakes but they looked lovely!
Very much recommended..the choices are so many, desserts looking so fancy and taste so heavenly. The place itself is small but so well planned seating arrangements inside. Service us so good. There branded shops all around and it's easily spotted. Coffee is not expensive but desserts are a bit.worth the price.

This was a gift for Christmas and we where looking forward to going..when we got there we were taken to our table without even sitting down or taking our coats of the waitress although pleasant asked for our drink order..when I produced the paperwork about the sparkling afternoon tea we were told we do not do prosecco only teas and coffees which was disappointing as it didn't say anywhere on the paperwork that they didn't do this.. Selection of finger sandwiches not good nor the mini quiches but otherwise it was okay..the staff were friendly and professional and cakes did look lovely when you walked in very busy very noisy couldn't hear my partner half the time.
Smell of coffee was fantastic staff and the selection of pastries was awesome.
Terrible attitude. I completed the track and trace only to be shouted at and told to prove it. I then said that the couple in front of me didn’t get that treatment and was met with silence. Why would I lie about completing true track and trace
