Had 4 teeth out today by the gentlest dentist I have ever seen !! So kind as she realised I was terrified of the injections . Reception team are friendly and courteous and really make you feel welcome . Overall a wonderful experience and I won’t dread my next appointment in the least !! A great dental surgery doing a fantastic job in these very strange and unprecedented times .infact I’ve just realised it’s the first dental treatment I’ve had where I didn’t shed a single tear ...... need I say more ...... Thankyou to the whole team !!!

I attended the surgery today as an emergency after suffering for 4 days in pain, I didn't see my usual dentist which made me worse as being a huge phobic didn't help. The dentist was just rude, I explained I was hard of hearing and wore a hearing aid, and that also I needed to see his mouth when he was talking to me as I do a lot of lip reading, I understand during treatment he can't but this was before he had even started the treatment and he refused to take his mask off, luckily for me I took a friend along with me who was able to answer the questions for me, the nurse was also very rude and spoke to my friend abruptly 'and you are' was all she said ! The dentist gave me a temporary filling but after being out for an hour a bit has fallen out already ! The dentist was just rude and spoke to me like I was a child rather than a 35 year old woman, he also then said I would need to rebook an appointment to see my actual dentist in the new year !!!! great how is this meant to help me in the mean time ! I then left the dentist and went to the receptionist and was greeted with yet more rudeness ! she took my card and said oh he gave you a temp filling that's more than he gave me ! No idea why she felt the need to say that, but after today's experience I would certainly not recommend this practice to anyone, so as from now I will be looking for a practice that treat their patients with respect and also one that welcomes people with disability's , I am deaf not stupid !!!! Definitely look elsewhere rather than going here !
