On this occasion I was lucky enough to have my phone call answered by Natacha who was extremely efficient and booked us exactly what we wanted. It was a pleasure to deal with such a bright, bubbly person who new what she was doing. The impression she leaves with your customers is an extremely good one. The only thing I would say is that although she is brilliant at booking cruises, she obviously could do so much more. If she worked for me she’d be on a fast track management course! Thanks

Lovely couple of hours spent at Sandringham. My wife would have liked to have seen more of the house. The grounds are extensive and well maintained with lovely views all around. We would definitely return.

I booked a P&O U.K. coastal cruise on the day they went live via Planet Cruise. On what was a very busy day Dennis booked the cruise date I wanted/cabin grade I wanted with ease & answered my questions. I am a control freak so tend to know what I want before I call with a back-up in place. This is the third time I have used Planet Cruise and would recommend them as a great agent. Always have responded to my email enquiries. Will use them again in the future when booking another (!!) cruise. Just waiting for next year’s 22/23 to go live now!

A heartfelt thank you to the staff of Planet Cruise for sorting out our refund from P&O. We have used Planet Cruise for the past 5 years and have always been pleased with their service. We booked a cruise for 2020 which was cancelled and Planet Cruise sorted out an alternative Cruise for us in July 2020. Unfortunately, due to Covid related issues, we have to cancel our July Cruise. Planet Cruise were extremely helpful in sorting out the refund. You can be sure that when we are cruising once more, we will have no hesitation in booking with them again.
