Amazing service from start to finish by Sergey! Cannot recommend highly enough. we live in London and popped in to have a look at the Audi range. We could have gone to a dealer 5 miles from where we live, but we were so impressed with Sergey that we decided we would rather travel so that we could deal with him. He was fantastic throughout, great communication, keeping us fully informed throughout with no pressure. If you are considering an Audi then he is your man. Bought Audi Q3 from Portsmouth Audi, and was extremely well looked after by Luke Marker. He was very knowledgeable on the car we were interested in, answering all questions raised by me. Arranged test drive and we were able to test drive on our own. Following test drive explained buying process and assisted us all the way through, at each stage being very helpful. Discussed pick up date and time, as as he was due to go on paternity leave and unable to conduct changeover, he arranged and introduced us to a college who would deal with us. Very professional and informative. Car in excellent condition on pick up and Darren was also extremely helpful when we picked up new car in Luke's absence.
