Off-handed, bad with patient communication, wasted money on a mouthguard which was entirely wrong, 100% due to not listening to my needs as a patient. When I asked where I could place my jacket, I was pointed to the office bin. Lodging formal complaint against this \practice\. Nothing \precision\ about it!
