Broke the connector to my backwards button which you can imagine is annoying. Then tried saying it was my fault and that for them to repair it itll be another week. Don't recommended at all

Took my note 8 in today. Charging port was broken. He had it fixed in 20 minutes. Good price and friendly. Highly recommended. Thank you....!!!
Went there to get my iphone X screen fixed, they fixed it in about 30-45 minutes with a really good quality screen and a free glass screen protector. Friendly and very helpful staff, very fast and great service. Highly recommend this store to everyone.
I brought my husbands sony xperia mobile phone in to this shop and asked for a price for the battery port to be replaced as it was not charging properly. The guy that served me gave me a quote. I said I will go and ask how much they were charging at repair doctor. He then said we can do it for a cheaper price. He contacted his boss speaking in a language that was not understood by myself. He then said he could do the job for 30. I said I would go and ask at repair doctor anyway, which they said would be 40, so I decided to go with RJ stores. They told me it would be repaired that day! I got a telephone call half an hour later saying the phone would have to be sent to the lab. I did ask on the phone whether this would cost any more. He said no! 2 days later after being promised it would be fixed that day, I went to the shop. My husbands phone was ready, but they wanted to charge me 40. This was not the agreement and I had no choice but to pay the extra as they said they would take out their parts from the phone. They said they would look back on CCTV at the conversations but when it came to it, the guy kept saying he would look this afternoon . It was his word against mine! Do not go to this shop they are not trust worthy and will rip you off!
Went in there to get my tablet screen replaced, guaranteed me it was all fine and working and cost me 100. Got home only to find out parts of the screen wasn't working. When I told them they said they could do nothing about it and that I'd have to pay to have it sorted again, stupidly I accepted. They only charged 65 this time and after an hour or 2 my tablet turned off and won't turn back on again. Also the screen is coming off. Would not recommend at all.
