Robin Martin & Partners is the best in the business. A family run shop with friendly, passionate people who know everything there is to know about watches and clocks. I have been going here for several years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. My Rolex came back from them like it was brand new and other watches they’ve looked after for me always come back looking amazing. If you want knowledge, skill and professionalism then there is no better place in Hampshire!

The diamond had fallen out of my solitaire ring. Fortunately I had found the stone on the floor. Kevin explained how the stone had been set in the ring and what he would do to make it more secure. Collette let me know a price estimate on work to be done and also told me when shop was open due to lockdown restrictions in place. I received brilliant customer service I would certainly use this shop again. I am very pleased with the repair and reassured that, despite the ring being worn on a daily basis, the stone is now firmly set. The workmanship was top notch. Quality is good and prices are fair. Definitely recommend friends and family to use this business.

I popped in quickly to see if I could get my late great grandfathers watch fixed, seeing that the shop was closing I believed I was out of luck, however, the owner saw me about to leave and decided to ask what the problem was, realising he could do it in a jiffy, he quickly addressed the damage and returned it to me promptly. Great service; very happy customer!
