Easy to get to but..... although newly occupied/built there is, inexcusably, TOTALLY inadequate customer parking spaces. A joke really. Inside wall poster space is a bit of a mess. Moreover, presently closed at 11am for no reason - and how can the usual 'covid 19' be a justifiable reason on 9 July!? Just look at their effort on the opening times plaque and lack of info on the non-delivery card. Just plain lazy and sloppy, and lack of customer focus in management.

Spoke in a rude type manor told me if I carried on shouting wich I did not shed end call I explained I had proof on my phone with tracking number saying parcel delivered I said no I've not got any parcel she said yes we delivered on 11th Jan I said I'm disabled and don't go out a lot snd I can assure you nothing came in post she still insisted it did so I ended call

The rating is for the location and the people responsible for printing the wrong info on the card. The accurate postcode is PO3 5QA. It's not 100 accurate but it will get you where you need to be. The postcode takes you at Northgate vehicle hire which is located at a roundabout. Take the 3rd exit and you will see the Post Office building. The staff did their best. The car park is really small, I had to park outside the yard. The office is really small if the queue is bigger than 6-7 people then the unlucky ones must wait outside. There is no public transport therefore impossible to get there unless you have a vehicle or somebody to drive you there. The pictures are not great but I hope will help you to get there.
