Went in with a few questions as I was developing shin and back pain while running. I was served by Jim who was extremely knowledgable and friendly and was able to explain the process while performing my gait analysis to help me understand which type of running trainer suited me best to prevent further pain or injury while running. Great service from Jim.
Popped in today with my partner as we both needed new running shoes. Have always bought off the shelf without knowing the tech behind them before. We were lucky enough to speak to Elli in store who guided us through the different types and checked our strides on the running machine to sell us the correct shoes.
