Had treatment last year so might have changed since but My appointments would often not happen but instead of calling to cancel they'd wait until I'd left early from work and got there. Some staff were really lovely and couldnt be nicer others were really stuck up. Spent alot of money for little to no outcome. Was told that the manager would call me when I complained, she never did. I called a few times to follow up but kept being told she'd ring me

I got 4 moles removed by shave removal, at this clinic, over the last 4 years. For a couple of them I had an istological analysis done, too. Two of moles reppeared (this is a possible side effect) but they are much smaller and they do not protrude anymore. The procedure is costly, even considering that is super quick to do and few surgical tools are needed. The staff is professional.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Felt fully comfortable throughout the whole procedure and was able to go at my own pace. My consultation was very informative. Only annoying thing is no direct contact number, but they do have an email address. There are so many places advertising cheap laser but this place is there real deal. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else. I’ve even recommended family to this clinic who are also taking up the service.
