WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I purchased a BMW G30 from here yesterday and the person helping was called Ashley. He replied to my emails within minutes despite me emailing quite a lot. His replies where polite, professional and knowledgeable. Ofcourse with the pandemic i was apprehensive with going to a dealership however I felt safe. All staff wore marks and there was a 1 way system with all the staff keeping a 2 metre distance between each other. The handover was amazing and the car is better than I thought it would be. What an amazing car sold to me by an amazing sales man. If you go to buy a car I cannot recommend Ashley enough. Please ask for him and you will not be let down!
Fantastic customer service, efficient and professional. I brought my vehicle in for a full service, battery replacement and a few bits and bobs after my poor car was drastically neglected over Lockdown. Hannah was very fast at responding to all my questions via email, really friendly and put my mind at ease! (She also arranged a very attractive...and very fast service loan car for me) Paul was very professional and warming when I arrived to drop my vehicle, explained everything to me thoroughly and ensured I was happy with everything. And then off I went, in this service loan car I really really didn't want to give back... I was kept up to date regularly with the progress of my car and any results from their investigations. I paid a fair price for all the work carried out and was really looked after by the team. I will always bring my cars to Snows BMW Portsmouth. Thank you guys, she came back perfect! 5 star service, I was kept well informed and all work was completed on time. The loan car had just been sanitised for me. Lucinda was amazing and made my custom feel very valued. I would highly recommend as i've tried others and they do not compare. Well done to the entire team, great job.
Good experience with Mark, he even washed & valeted the car, well impressed, he was in service reception but normally I think he works in accounts becuse of Covid all able hands to the pump, im looking for a new M5 whilst other car was having warranty work carried out & recall but the showroom was closed only servicing. I will email Mark in the new year to arrange a Test in the new M5 & PX on my 69 plate BMW otherwise Mark give me a call.
