Popped in the other day to get a part to fix my door handle on my fiat and they were super helpful! I have a limited edition car and it was going to cost a bomb for a new handle however the parts guy came out and had a little look and saved me a lot of money! Really did appreciate the help! Great Experience at Snows Fiat. Kelvin and the team were really attentive and helpful! From initial enquiry to driving away with my new car the service was excellent. The communications was first class and really loved the little videos from the team. I totally recommend Kelvin and the team at Fiat and love my Fiat 500! Multiple electronic issues developed with my vehicle and passed these onto the team. They were quick to note down the faults and requested that I bring the vehicle in for a diagnostics check. Dropped the vehicle down early Thursday morning and was periodically updated throughout the day. 1 issue was resolved and replacement part ordered, just awaiting for that to be delivered so I can drop the vehicle back and have that replaced. The other issue is still pending, diagnostics machines was broken and no one available to fix it. They did request to keep the vehicle till Monday however I had already advised them in advance when I initially called that I would need the vehicle back the same day as it’s used for work.

I had a wonderful experience at Snows buying my lovely Fiat 500. I had my appointment with Kelvin Goodwin after speaking on the phone, and by the time I arrived for my test drive Kelvin had found a car for me. I test drove ‘Wilma’ (that’s the name we’ve given the car!) with Dom sitting in the passenger seat and it was definitely the car for me. The whole experience was relaxed and I felt really supported. I can’t thank you enough Kelvin for the experience and making me feel I was in safe hands. X
