Fantastic service. Andy on the service desk was so helpful and kept us fully informed while our car was recently in the garage at SEAT for a breakdown issue to be resolved, MOT and service. Very happy to have my car back and won't hesitate to return to SEAT for future services etc and when its time to upgrade in a few years!

I contacted Snows SEAT Portsmouth on 25th March 2021, regarding a 2017 Ibiza. Within 7/8 days its now sat on my drive way. I initially spoke with Linda about my budget and what would be affordable for me. She was super helpful and made all details of financing a car clear, as this was my first finance car. I then dealt with Gary who provided a detailed video of the car, and documentation on the finance options. A scuff on the alloy was pointed out, in the video, and was repaired before being delivered to me. The whole process was smooth and efficient, which was helped by Gary and Linda's fantastic work. I would definitely use Snows in Portsmouth again.

I collected my brand new 21 plate Arona from Kieron yesterday and I couldn't be happier. This is the 4 car I have brought from Snows Seat Portsmouth and the service is always impeccable, even while their showroom is closed due the current pandemic. They were in constant communications with me, keeping me up-to-date throughout the purchase. Having brought 3 other seats previously from Linda face to face, I have to say the service they have provided me remotely has been no less then fantastic and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Impeccable service - would highly recommend. I sent my Leon into Snows Portsmouth for an MOT/Service using their collection/drop-off assistance and it was seamless. They picked up the car at 8:30am at my place of work (Chichester), and had completed all works and it dropped-off by 3pm. There was no stress, no hassle, and the driver who collected up the car (and dropped it off) was extremely courteous, and it allowed me to do a full days' work. The cars now feels smoother than ever to drive, and it was very much appreciated getting a small discount on the new front tyres (and cleaning it inside and out). Thanks very much for making it so easy - I’ll definitely be using the collection/drop-off service again.
